Duterte appeals to Abu Sayyaf: Do not mutilate bodies: Veering away from his usual incendiary, expletives-ridden speeches, President Rodrigo Duterte showed a softer side as he condoled with the families of slain soldiers in Zamboanga City on Wednesday early afternoon.
